Jerry Ulrich

With 40 years in private practice, Jerry concentrates his practice on personal injury actions, family law and social security disability. He is an accomplished litigator with substantial jury and bench trial experience.

A New Albany native, Jerry is a graduate of Indiana University and obtained his J.D. from Indiana University School of Law. He previously served as Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for Floyd County and has prosecuted appeals through the Courts of Appeals in both Indiana and Kentucky.

Jerry served as attorney for the New Albany City Council and the Redevelopment Commission. He enjoys collecting art from local artists, finding creative approaches with food and exploring the National Parks system. 

Leslie Vidra

Leslie's style reflects an organized, yet flexible approach to problem solving via intuitive listening and proactive, long-range planning.  She assists families with charitable gift planning, probate administration and estate planning. And, she provides corporate advice on governance issues and regulatory compliance to nonprofit and closely held businesses.

Leslie’s 35 years of experience have included serving as in-house legal counsel to the Presbyterian Church USA Foundation in Jeffersonville, IN; in-house legal counsel to the Indiana University Foundation in Bloomington, IN; and employment at a large regional law firm. She is an acknowledged advocate for local and regional nonprofit charitable organizations, including community foundations, museums, educational institutions, social service agencies and grant makers. 

A native of Pennsylvania, Leslie moved to Indiana to attend college and law school at Indiana University. An active member of her community, she has served on numerous committees and boards including Horseshoe Foundation of Floyd County, Floyd Memorial Hospital Foundation, Community Foundation of Southern Indiana, Kentuckiana Planned Giving Council and others.  She has been a long-time member of the National Association of Women Business Owners and the local chapter of Business and Professional Women. Leslie enjoys reading science fiction and listening to music – especially classic jazz and rock & roll.
